HANDY MAN Special
CHEAP! Fast close needed!
xxx-xxx-xxxx

for retail buyers:

GREAT DEAL!MUST SELL NOW!
BELOW FULL MARKET VALUE!
ALL OFFERS CONSIDERED!
xxx-xxx-xxxx

P.S. The best ads seem to be the ones where we offer terms though, such as “No banks needed”, or “Seller will finance”. No matter the house, these ads always get me calls.
