Hey Art I have a white truck I’m going to put a sign on that says I buy houses for cash. Also I know someone mentioned to put an ad in the thrifty nichol paper in you local area usually much cheaper. hope that helps. since you bought LeGrands stuff there should be plenty of marketing materials in it.

Which means of advertising would be best for our business. The local paper charges $371 for a 3 line slot per month under the heading “property wanted”. Roadside signs run $265 for 25. Has anyone used these road side signs before? Should I use a combination of both? Thanks for the help, Art

Use both. You should be able to get the signs a little cheaper. Around here I can get them for $5-$7 each. If you’re doing this full time I would use at LEAST 5 different methods at once for finding sellers. If you’re just part time then the newspaper and signs should be enough to keep you busy.
