Congratulations on finding buyer for your home. The best place to get the information you need to follow through on this is to buy Lonnie’s book ($30).

Most folks that sell trailers have either learned from the book or the hard way. Lonnie’s book will tell you how to structure the payments so that they are affordable to your buyer while protecting your interests in the event the payments stop.
