The best way to get started is to search the archives here, particularly on rentals, and to invest in (at the least) the book 'Deals on Wheels) (avialble here on this website). I also highly recomend you llok at the ‘how to’ articles here on CREonline.com.

Majority of mobile homes are in parks, majority ofparks don’t allow rentals of third-party owned homes. If you are in a position where you can rent mobile homes, then there are many ways to buy MH’s at much better prices than you are quoting. In general, you will never find the good deals from newspaper ads.

I want to get started in buying MH i was looking in the paper an there was about 20 MH in the yrs 1990 TO 2000 asking $12 to $14000 on each asking cash now is this a good investment i can buy them rent them out is this a good idea but also i first will need to get a loan first how to get started thanks
