checking out Mobile Homes. Lonnie Scruggs has a couple af very inexpensive books, Deals on Wheels and Making Money With mobile homes.
They Work. I have used his method quite successfully.
Mobile Homes are not glamourous. However they are a great vehicle for getting started in RE investing. Small risk, yeilds which frankly I have yet to see any other form of investing consistently beat, and hardly no compiteteion.
Oh and of course no Landlord headaches.
Check out some of the succes stories and how to artciles on this site in regards to mobile homes, I think that you’ll be suprised.
Oh Yeah, Credit doesn’t even enter the picture.

Can anyone tell me how a person with a past bankruptcy,
(2 years ago) and a 20,000 a year income can find
financing for real estate investing, please be specific, Im
interested in starting right after I buy the sheets couse, and
study it.
It depends! What price range were you looking at?
Could you scrape together some kind of downpayment
and how much? Were you going to flip it or rent it out?
I will start at the price range that I could afford, I dont
have a property in mind, but I have saved a couple thousand dollars to get started with. I hope this helps
I need some advise.
