Is FLorida a state wehre affidavits can be used if the person has been dead long enough?
We were able to do that if the deathdate was more than
7 years before.

Have to meet with an heir tomorrow and cna’t reach an attorney before monday.,

I hate it that I come across these situaitons where
I know exactly what to do in Georgia, but don’t yet
know the FLorida law.
