I had the same problem, so I became a loan originator e-mail me privately and I will give you the information on my company. I can do loans in 48 states and it solved my deadbeat mortgage broker problem!

Hi T — Hope you were able to find the broker you were looking for in MD. Quick question — I have put together a deal ‘Subject to Existing Financing’ and am having problems with Settlement companies who don’t understand the concept and feel the need to inform the mortgage company of the transaction. Do you know of a Title companies working in Maryland who would be able to help me with such a deal?
