AITDs are used for the same purpose as a wrap-around mortgage. AITDs are used in trust deed states, and wrap-around mortgages are used in mortgage states. You can also “wrap” using a contract for deed.

Does anyone know a closing atty or title company in the Atlanta area that can perform all the necessary duties for an all-inclusive trust deed? Also is that the same as a wrap-around mortgage? Thanks
