It’s not the course that didn’t make sense to me but the idea that the OH authorities would hassle people in simple (1 house, 1 loan, 1 borrower, 1 private lender) REI transactions.

Nothing usefull to say here exept that he looks like the NYC detectives I used to drink with at my favorite Irish pubs back in the old country.
I’m guess’n his course covers the law one must know before soliciting private $ in one’s particular state.
Some guy was saying here the other day that he’s been catching sh_t for this private $ stuff in OH.
From my FL perspective it didn’t make sense to me one bit, but then again, what do I know.

What was so wrong about his coarse that it did not make sense in Florida?
