Out of all of the programs that I have bought-Bronchick’s are by far the most informative and useful. I use all of his legal forms for my deals, and the knowledge that I received from his programs allowed me to have the confidence to advertise to motivated sellers. I hate to sound cheesey, but since I have studied “alternative RE financing” and " Big profits w/ lease options" my portfolio and cash flow has grown very quickly. Well worth every penny.
