Allison - Would you mind ellaborating a bit on just how they helped you get your feet wet on flipping properties? Are they really a glorified ‘hard-money’ lender - or what…? Also - it seems like they want to get into the middle of the deal. How did that work for you?

Being that this is a .biz company, it’s probably not a very established site. .Biz people are not known for their innovation.

I don’t know about americandreamhomes, but I have worked with another associate of Manny’s on a couple of deals - MB Marketing at nohasslefinancing.8m.com. It was a great way to get my feet wet on flipping properties, and do some really creative stuff I wouldn’t have thought of. They don’t charge any fee until the deal is accepted, so there is no risk.
