A few day?s ago I did an internet search for Russ Dalbey on ask.com (ask Jeeves) it led me to ?another? investor board and there were numerous post?s about Mr. Dalbey most of them not favorable. I have no personal knowledge of him or his program.

I was wondering if anyone has heard of, had experience with, or knew otherwise any information regarding Russ Dalbey’s American Note Network. I know VERY little regarding Mr. Dalbey’s business except he wishes “Joe Consumer” to act as a broker so to speak, and find Real Estate notes, fax, email or otherwise the info. to HIS company and you will receive payment. (kind of a finder’s fee.) Any information would be greatly appreciated!

There will be a ton of competition, all trying to buy notes. Instead I’d get John Behle’s material. John is a note expert. He doesn’t flip notes for a one time commission. John likes to look at notes as an investment vehicle where he can improve the note to increase it’s value, cashflow and rate of return.
