Interesting concept that originated w/a phone service concept similar to a dating service, in that the goal was to match note sellers and buyers together.
A lot of brokers there. Also has a list of institutional buyers organized by state. It can also be a good source to find private note buyers, but be prepared to weed through multiple brokers in the process if you list a note for sale there. If your goal is to sell a note, you may want to check in on the Cash Flow Forum of this website and/or contact John Behle, as he may know of someone in your area that is a definite professional with funds to close (unlike many brokers). And he won’t recommend anyone who isn’t professional.
