Don’t know the course but remember the infomercials…the guy is now in jail on fraud charges so that may tell you something about his tapes…

Was going through some stuff and found an old Ed Beckley NMD real estate casette tape course of 15 tapes from the 1980’s.
My question is while I know some of the stuff is dated is enough of this still valid to make it worth the time to listen to.
