Ok, maybe it is just AP, but I am struggling with deals…I am just not sure. Is there a basic check list that is used in evaluating a property…I know that is a tough question, but…sometimes I look at a deal and things look good and I figure they look good b/c I missed something… Please help

Start making offers. Until you actually do some deals, your skills at analyzing deals will not improve. It is in the doing that education comes. Having said that, make offers very low to start off with so you dont worry. If you are analyzing it hard it is to close. Offer something that if they say yes, you will start giggling. Eventually someone will say yes! Then, you can do your first deal and be on your way.
