Is your name really T? I like to answer questions for people with names. Just a thought.

The buyers of the cash flow will provide the paperwork, and it depends on the type of annuity. Some annuities are difficult like Viaticals, some are in the legal gray area like military pensions, some are standard but the paperwork differs with each annuity buyer. This is esp true of structured insurance settlements.

In short, I don’t think you can provide the paperwork without an attorney if you want to buy it for yourself; or without the direct input of the corporate annuity buyer who will be taking the risk.

In some cases, annuities are not assignable, but creative buyers have sometimes given the seller cash in return for an “Irrevocable Change of Address.”

All of this just shows the flexibiltiy of the cash flow business. To find an annuity buyer you can go to www.nbdc.net.

Hope that helps.
