Here is a short answer for a very short question with little detail.

Now, to be honest with you, it seems as though you could use some education in REI.
Take a lok here, read all the articles, posts, and duscussions on investing.
You will see soon enough that you do not “look for houses”, you need to look for sellers who are motivated, or have them contact you.
