When approaching sellers about doing a L/O, do you fully explain to the seller what you intend to do with the property? In other words do you tell then that you plan to L/O it to another buyer? If so, how do you handle this? I would think that you wouldn’t want to tell the seller too much or else they might try to do it themself & cut you out of the deal? Just how much info. do you tell the seller & how do you tell them? If someone could print a sample script that they use, it would be much appreciated.
