I’m convinced.

Now I need to talk a friend into sharing a room.

Here are the answers to the Convention questions posted below.

  1. How many attended in Atlanta last year?

About 450. That was a 45% increase over the previous year
(in Dallas) where we had 310, which was a 100%+ increase over
our first Convention (in Las Vegas), where we had about 150.

How many will attend this year? Hard to say. Reservations
are currently 17% higher now than they were the same time
last year, but almost 50% of the attendees last year waited
until the last month to sign up.

  1. How long do I have to sign up?

Until we sell out. The last two years our reserved block of
hotel rooms has, in fact, sold out. Our block of rooms this
year is bigger, in anticipation of a bigger crowd. However,
I do expect that we will again sell out again.

  1. Do the speakers offer discounts?

YES! Most speakers offer either a good discount, or they throw
in extra bonuses with their normal materials.

On final word…

Despite what several naysayers (who have NOT attended our
convention) state below, we do not allow hard selling pitches
at our convention. The speakers give educational talks and
offer their products for sale near the end. One speaker who
chose to ignore my strict instructions to not “hard pitch”
our attendees (at the first convention in Las Vegas) has
never been invited back.

I hope you will join us for the BEST Creative Real Estate
event of the year!
