I recently ordered the Carleton Sheets course and would like to know if there are any Canadians who have had success with the course or are simply just starting out in Real Estate Investing.
I read some of the posted messages and am not sure who are promoters for different real estate companies or who is actually offering unbiased information.
Based on what I have read so far, no new person to this field has had any success.
