Hi, I live in BC. I read this site alot. I own 25 apartment units and just bought my first mobile. I am now trying to sell it. Almost sold it but they changed their minds. I bought for 2300.00. It is assessed at 14,000. Its a 1975 single wide. There are deals out there we just have to find them.
