Hi Folks,
My wife and I will be moving to Troup Co. early next year.
Is there anyone in this area that can recomend a good R/E assn., club, or network?
I would like to hear from those who are doing m/h deals, buying tax certificates and especially anyone who buys estate property and is familiar with probate.

I operate in the western portions of Atlanta, which is not too far from Troup county. I believe the only association in this area is the GAREIA here in Atlanta. It is a very big group (about 1500 members) and can be intimidating at first. I have done a few MH deals, but they are hard to find in my area. May have better luck in the rurual areas like Troup county. Tax liens are also near impossible to buy in Cobb county. Here again, should be better hunting in the rural areas.
