Have you checked with the lenders that support the Columbus REIA group? I’ve heard good things about King Capital, I spoke to them at the vendor night, but I have not used them yet. Fifth Third’s good neighbor program is great for 100% financing, but I think the minimum FICO is 620 or something, again they’re involved with REIA.

Does anyone have a good lender in Columbus, Ohio that fits the following critera:
They get back with you right away when trying to pre- qualify a new buyer/prospect. Hopefully within one day.
They keep you updated daily or at least every other day with any progress.
They can place loans for people with not the best of credit or no credit at all, and have good loan to value loans.
They don’t drag things out for several months and can close within 30-40 days max.
They’re trustworthy and will close a loan if they say they can.
