How are you. I am a newbie in Real Estate. I am in Farmington Hills, which is in MI as well.
I recommend you to go to the the RE meetings the 2nd friday of each month. I went to one of them and a lot of your questions can be aswer there. Also. one of the speakers that night that I went was a “hard money lender” guy. he used to work for Chrysler as n engineer but quit after getting better results with Real Estate Investing. If you are interested, I go to those meetings. We could meet each other there ok.
