Thanks for all the good advice people.
I have been in the construction business for 14 years and have plenty of subs to build.
Idea: Build duplex then, through my llc borrow 90% fmv take out 15-25k cash , leave 10% equity and hold for a passive income of 450.00 apprx 3 years then sell.
I want to do this with about 20 units in the next two years. Thus I CREATE a good deal for myself every two months.
Any Ideas how to approach lenders and what type of lenders?
