Hi.

I know there have been many discussions over the years on using a web site for one’s RE business. But, I’m having a hard time bringing it all togther (in concept anyhow). I understand that, ideally, we want to drive sellers to our website to generate leads. But, what type of advertising are you doing to get sellers there in the first place. I assume it has to be little to no cost, since, it seems like if your going to spend money on advertising, you don’t want to take the chance that they will actually go to your website. You really want to take the calls right away or, at least, have them leave a callback number.

Anyhow, I can definitely see the benefits of having a web site. Selling houses can be easier. Sellers can enter their information online and in private. I’m just looking for ideas on how to drive business to a web site.
