HI, I found a multi-unit for 685,000 with a positive cash flow (after expenses,debt,repair,etc.) of about $19,000.per year.Using the Sheets cash flow form.
Are there lenders that would finanace this 100% or is it just wishful thinking.( owner will not finance).
Is this the type of cash flow the lenders look for to do this kind of a deal.
