Any creative suggestions on marketing lease option homes to tenant/buyers. I have four different homes available for L.O. (nice homes in good areas) and have tried the usual stuff newspaper ads, signs, flyers. Response has been almost
dead. Any body else having trouble? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
