Crazy idea for you. Call a leasing company sell them your assets, they give you the cash, then lease them back for a monthly payment.

Just wondering if any of you mortgage originators market to the pre-foreclosures and if you can’t refi them then look at the investment opportunity.
Looking for feedback or ideas on this scenario.
