Seems to vary in my area. some are as you say and all of a sudden there is some up-to-date ones listed. I don’t use it anymore though since I found a better and cheaper way to have someone do the work for me.

Does anybody have any opinions about signing up for this service? Has it ever produced a productive lead for you?

It looks like they have some very cheap properties in my area that I have not heard of prior.

I tried searching CREOnline for Realty Trac, but didn’t get anything.

Any opinions?

It’s a fly by night joke of a website.

Same sentiments as IB(NJ)… waste of time… AND MONEY. Their “fresh” leads are frequently in the 6mo-1yr old range. The free month is about all its worth. --wanabee

Waste of time. About 6-8 mos. behind in my market.

Search the archives to hear about other’s opinions.

I signed up for the free week and ended up keeping it for a month. I live in foreclosure hell so it did lead to me getting a handful of leads. Not sure how it would work in hot markets. Around here you can’t throw a rock without hitting a FSBO or foreclosure.
