I live in northern california, and after analysing the value of houses in and around the bay area, my research states that the only places to invest are in sacramento and pittsburg, california. So now that i know where i want to invest, im looking for others who are currenty or plan on investing in sacramento, because thats where i want to start investing, and also, i dont have enough information about the market in sacramento to start making deals. If anyone in invests in sacramento, i would greatly appreciate it if you could share with me information about the market: what area to invest in, whats the fmv, etc…And anyone who is a newbie like me(in northern california), id sure like to have people to encourage and be encouraged by. Any responses are greatly appreciated.
