Hey Rich,
My name is Wayne Inniss and I live in Wilkes Barre. There are a few of us in the NE Pa. Not too many, but there are a few of us. Where are you located? What type of deals do you do and where do you do them? I don’t know how close you are to Wilkes Barre however I do know that the Wyoming Valley Real Estate Investor’s Association meets on the last Tuesday of every month. They meet at the Ramada on the square, if you are familiar with Wilkes Barre. Whether or not you are familiar drop me an e-mail, I would love to get together and kick a few ideas around. I am looking to team up with the right person(s) to do more deals with. I have done 2 already and have made out better than I could have ever thought (newbies believe me REI works) I am looking for other REI’s who are in this area to do deals with, exchange ideas with, work on properties with etc.
