That’s the one. The link is entitled “Rehabbing Homes
for Maximum Profit in Minimal Time” but when you click
on it, it only reads “Rehabbing Homes for Retail”.
I bought the tape as well as his Quick Start course
and was very disappointed in both. The course is
double-spaced and has a lot of blank space, so the
manual is twice as thick as it should be.
The tape is poor quality but in his defense, he says
that up front. His wife shoots the video and he
starts with a house he just rehabbed. A lot of
talking and little actual video. And all of the shots
are virtually her standing completely still with one
view.
Then he goes across the street to a run down house.
Again, the video is not thorough at all. She follows
him to the doorways of rooms but doesn’t go in any
room. You really can’t get a good feel for what it
looks like.
Here’s the kicker; he signs off saying he’s going to
come back and follow the progress of the work but the
very next shot is him saying “due to weather, etc.”
the house is finished and he’s closing on it that day.
You NEVER see any work being performed. Not any.
I know I’m being harsh for a $39 tape, but along with
the quick start course, I wasted a lot of money. Live
and learn.
Well thanks for the info. The tape sounds pretty crappy so you saved me $39.
Sounds like a waste to produce such junk.
Thanks
