Is anyone having any success from using the fico/beacon funding programs? I have used these programs several times and have had some good luck with them. I just wanted to hear some other stories.
Also does anyone know how I would go about starting my own fico/beacon funding programs here where I live… would there be a benifit to starting such a program?

If your are talking about the FICO/BEACON funding programs offered by Telestar (or something similar) why in the world would you use a program like that?
Go to any mildly retarded mortgage broker and they will blow those programs out of the water.
You should look under at least a couple more rocks before you take the first loan you see.
