Charity,

I can’t give you any names of good ones to use as I haven’t found any out there yet. However, I CAN give you a couple of names NOT to use. E-mail me privately for those.

Good Luck!

Either regular banks, mortgage companies or private mortgage investors would be great. I want to make sure I use someone who is legitimate.

Thanks!

There are several good ones. I’ve used First Mortgage Solutions in Atlanta. Ask for Jim Hartman. They are an established mortgage company that has a wide range of investor loans.

When I need hard money, there are several local hard money lenders.

Hi Charity, Nationwide Mortgage 404-256-5345 (ask for Amy, tell her Joe with Two Guys Home Investments sent you) is a good hard-money lender (quick money, 65% of ARV, 15% interest, 5 points).

Also, join Georgia REIA (local REI club), 1200 members and lots of private lender, money partners, etc.770-451-8800.

Hope this helps,
