I called up Cal Equity and am getting their information, and I have also read Bill’s book. I am fairly certain that I can pitch this to sellers, but would like to discuss with someone who has done or is doing these deals more details. I have a meeting with some sellers this weekend, and would appreciate some more insight. I found that Bill is tied up this weekend, so I need to discuss this with someone.
