I have noticed the same thing around the DFW area. My folks are retired and travel around alot. They tell me that they must make reservations sometimes weeks in advance.
I am thinking about doing the same thing up here. Let me know any info you come up with.

I was just wondering, has anybody thought about developing an RV park?
I’ve been involved in the Real Estate scene here in SA TX for about 2 years and I’ve noticed that the RV (Not Mobil Home Parks) have been growing like wildfire. Most of them have expanded their size and seem to get a considerable amount of activity.
It kind of just dawned on me - you might not have as many obstacles to obstacles to overcome as you would with Manfactured Homes (like Lonnie Says - they can’t destroy the dirt).
Does anybody have any ideas on developing an RV park. Any past experience. Know of any drawbacks or anything.
I’m considering finding some land in a good area and trying it and I would appreciate any comments you might have
