I have purchased many loans in the Boston area and surrounding areas.
On residential owner occupied paper we can fund in the 85% ITV - 90% ITV range with a strong credit buyer who has decent employment stability and at least 5% -10% cash down.
Lesser credit buyers (payors) would be at reduced exposure levels.
