Hi.
Just wondering if anyone is doing regular mailings to find sellers. It seems like those who’ve tried it all have the same experience, very little response and those that do respond are usually unmotivated.
What type of mailing would produce the best response rate…absentee owners, vacant houses, etc??

I have done consistent prospect mailing before. If you are going to expect results you need to do the mailing to the same area at least 5 times before the good results start coming in. The last one I did I got nothing but crap the first 3 times then after the 5th time I boought a really good deal on run 7 I bought 2 really good deals. However I don’t do mailings anymore (I havent for at least a year) as I have found far better ways to get my real estate leads.
