I have a friend in boise that ive been telling about the DOW program, and she is very interested, in fact, shes been making calls on mobile homes already…she hasnt ordered the program as of yet…and she is wondering if there is even a market for this kind of thing in boise…maybe you two can collaborate…

I just ordered DOW and was wondering if anyone here was doing Lonnie deals in Boise?
Also, is there a Bluebook for Mobiles or not? Do we just have to hunt down current ads and their prices to come up with our own pricing?

I have done a few deals in Boise but moved on to SFH’s on sub2’s and L/O’s. It works and I made a couple of grand quickly!
