I never read the book so I’m not sure what a lonnie deal is, but I did go look at a MHP today outsige Morgan City. I am ready to start in REI and I think MHs could be real profitable, plus they don’t cost a whole lot.

I just came from looking at a MHP outside of Morgan City. Its pretty rundown, so i’m concerned about that.
