The bond is insurance – you don’t have to put up the $50,000. Call a business insurance broker; you’d be surprised at how cheap it really is.

Look at the $450 – I think about how many stupid!!! get-rich quick schemes I’ve paid for and never used. Remember, you will make it back if you just try.

I called to find out how many mh an individual could sell in this state with out being considered a dealer and was disapointed to find that you can only sell one and it has to be your primary resident, otherwise you must be licensed and bonded at a cost of $450.00 per year for lic. and you must carry a $50,000 bond. I ordered Lonnies books last week and now I don’t know if this was a good investment here in NM. If anyone knows a way around all this, please let me know. Thanks in advance.
