I’d like to get some feedback from anyone doing this type of deals in my area. Would like to pick your brain and find out the ins and outs of structuring such a deal. I understand from reading other posts that the key is to find MOTIVATED sellers. Any recommendations as to which course is better…The Frances’ ABCs of Subject To or Mr. Bronchick’s Alternative Real Estate Financing. Please advise.
