I am in Pittsburg and have been in real estate a few months. I wholesaled a house and made 5K. If you are not getting motivated sellers to contact you then re-think your marketing strategy.

If you advertise a property for sale that you do not really have then your credibility as an investor will be shot before you start. Get a good course or other type of training before you proceed. Anybody who has been investing more than a month will know you are not for real once you can’t provide an address for a property.
