I am in central PA. I have not completed a deal yet but I am getting close. I would recommend getting a buyers agent. If there is a way you can sign up with a buyers agent for 1 month to try him/her out. Tell the agent what you are looking for and they will give you lists of properties to check out. He/she could then represent you.

I was wondering if anyone has done this in pennsylvania, anyone I could talk to. Maybe you could show me what you have done, and how you got started. I would appreciate any info. you could give. I am looking for investment clubs, and any other places to get in touch with people that could help me get started. Thank you for your help
