I’ve been thinking about being a bird dog at first, too, to make some connections and get my feet wet so to speak. So, are you going to just call up the “I Buy Houses” ads in the Herald and ask what they’ll pay? I was thinking of doing that, but if you have a better idea…L By all means, I need advice here!
The more I read about MH’s the more interested I become. I realize though that i need at least a little money in the bank to purchase anything, so I’d like to start by being a bird dog. (love that name) Then later I think Mobile Homes would be an excellent way to start out.
