The one I am aware of does not have a multi-state presence. It is called Equity Mortgage, and is based out of New Orleans. I suspect they are different companies; sorry I coulden’t be more helpful.

I am looking over a business opportunity where this company
takes investor money, invests it in a first mortgage on homes (mostly mobile homes) some conventional and the investor gets returns of up to 18% with no hassle. They even do servicing so I just get a check every month. Anyone have any dealings with them?

Probably, the one I am dealing with is in NY, but they have offices in about 15 different states. What do you hear about them, HR?
