I am a newbie and have purchased a house in Philadelphia Pennsylvia with the intent of a lease/option to sell it. I bought a guru’s lease/option step by step course. The contracts are there but my question is: What contracts do I use? I know that I must use the Lease and the Option contracts, and the Lead Paint and cya contracts but is there anything else I need? Do we sign the contracts in front of a notary?? If anyone can help I would appreciate it.
