Or more specifically Alto. I have a guy I’m trying to buy from who is looking for a new place in that area. He bought the trailer I’m trying to buy in a Lonnie type RTO arrangement and I think he would be a solid buyer. Has some down $$ and takes pretty good care of the home. Could probably go 2 or 3 br.
