I would say it is a decent book. A reasonable book. It might be of especial interest to you, as you are a real estate broker. He talks about making money several different ways, including buying cheap from heirs. He also talks about using his system to get listings of properties from estates.
His material is specific for CA. But, I suspect the information is probably pretty applicable anywhere.
